Your Personalized Items
Items you buy can be personalized any way you like. You can add names, patterns, colours, on request and the ceramist will comply. You can also ask for special shapes; shapes that can have a particular meaning to you. Each ceramist in the Art1st network has its own manufacturing facilities and each will be happy to deliver to you the product you like.
Of course, this means that it will take longer to produce the piece. The time for "gestation" will be approximately 6 weeks. The product will also be a little more expensive, as an indication about 20% more expensive than own made products.
So, if you want to personalize some items for your wife's (or husband's) birthday, book about 8 to 10 weeks in advance of the date (taking into account possible transport and other delays) !!
If you are in a hurry you could eventually agree with the ceramist for a shorter delivery period, and he will try to fulfill your wishes, but please consider that each product is manufactured singly and some steps are very necessary to give you the best results.
Paying for Personalized ItemsPlease proceed to the till as you would do for any other acquisition. To pay use "Way no.2" which will ensure you receive manual attention for your order.
