Deruta Artists
The artists at Art1st are uniquely chosen for their skills and ability to work on ceramics.
Each artist has his own history and was either specialized in one of the ceramics schools in Deruta or has a natural ability to paint and transfer his flair on ceramics.
Most products in the Art1st catalogue carry the name of the artist who made it. Where this does not appear it means that the ceramist does not wish to disclose it in public. A little bit like the Vienna ceramics policy of the XIX Century.
Whenever the name is missing do not refrain from asking the ceramist directly if you wish so !!
